Many families in India have their own Garam Masala recipe and swear by it. We made ours with spices that provide sweetness and rich aromas with a kick rather than spiciness. You can add chili yourself if you prefer it hotter.
In general, garam masala is best to add at the end of the cooking process. The aromatics will come out and will raise the whole level of a dish. It can be used in most curries, but also as a rub.
All ingredients used, are of single-origin origin. Most of the ingredients used can also be purchased separately on this website.

Our garam masala spice mix is of organic origin. To label the product as such, however, our production facility needs to be certified. Unfortunately, due to the high costs, we have not yet requested the certificate. In our production processes, we keep products of organic and regular origin strictly separated.
