Fennel Seeds
Fennel is one of the oldest cultivated spices. It is used in abundance in Italian cooking, as well as in Middle-Eastern, Indian, and Chinese cuisines. Our fennel’s intense fragrant and sweet characteristics make it a great flavor maker in both sweet and savory dishes.
Tips
Use fennel in sweet baked goods or bread. Grind the seeds up to use them in spice mixes like garam masala, vadouvan, and five-spice. Or add some to your herbal tea to sweeten it up.

Our fennel seeds are of organic origin. To label the product as such, however, our production facility needs to be certified. Unfortunately, due to the high costs, we have not yet requested the certificate. In our production processes, we keep products of organic and regular origin strictly separated.
