This versatile Mediterranean powerhouse should be part of everyone’s spice cabinet. Grown on an organic farm in Sicily, this thyme has collected all the good stuff the Mediterranean sun and volcanic terroir have to offer.
Thyme is well known in savory dishes like cassoulets or vinaigrettes, but you also shouldn’t underestimate the power of thyme in desserts. Our personal favorite is melted butter combined with thyme and roasted garlic. Use it on everything!
This thyme is of organic origin. To label the product as such, however, our production facility needs to be certified. Unfortunately, due to the high costs, we have not yet requested the certificate. In our production processes, we keep products of organic and regular origin strictly separated.
