Cambodian red Kampot pepper
Red Kampot is the king of peppers, with its sophisticated citrus scents and its touch of sweetness. This Cambodian pepper is grown using labor-intensive fertilization techniques and left on the vine longer to ripen fully, resulting in an all-round, complex body.
Thanks to its sophisticated taste profile, this pepper can be easily combined with seafood and vegetable dishes. Always freshly grind this pepper and only add it after you are done cooking.
This peppercorn is of organic origin. To label the product as such, however, our production facility needs to be certified. Unfortunately, due to the high costs, we have not yet requested the certificate. In our production processes, we keep products of organic and regular origin strictly separated.
