Wild harvested andaliman pepper
Our surprising, wild Indonesian pepper has a wonderful lemon flavor, and the slightly numbing bite of a Sichuan peppercorn. Andaliman is characterized by its lime and mandarin flavors and is, in fact, a distant relative of the Sichuan pepper.
Tips
Andaliman goes well with all kinds of meat and fish, or in fried tofu dishes. It can be used whole in simmered foods and sauces, but it can also lighten up your gin & tonic!
