Peruvian smoked chipotle
Our chipotles are ripened jalapeño peppers that have been smoked. This process adds an amazing layer of complexity to its flavor profile. Chipotles pack some heat, but also adds sweetness, smokiness, and hints of fruit to your dishes.
Chipotles are very versatile. Use them in your chilis, burrito and taco fillings, but also in your queso or guacamole dips. Add some to your soups and stews for a little extra kick. Pairs well with cumin and oregano.

This peppercorn is of organic origin. To label the product as such, however, our production facility needs to be certified. Unfortunately, due to the high costs, we have not yet requested the certificate. In our production processes, we keep products of organic and regular origin strictly separated.
