Murcia smoked paprika
Smoked paprika is made of ripened sweet ñora peppers that are carefully and indirectly dried over an oak coal fire. Subtle in its smokiness, this ground paprika has a complex flavor profile and gives your dishes an amazing color.
Smoked paprika powder does really well when heated but be careful not to burn it. Works great in stews, soups, sauces and on roasted vegetables, potatoes, and even popcorn!

This paprika powder is of organic origin. To label the product as such, however, our production facility needs to be certified. Unfortunately, due to the high costs, we have not yet requested the certificate. In our production processes, we keep products of organic and regular origin strictly separated.
