Vietnamese cinnamon
The queen of cinnamon! Of all the world’s cinnamon varieties, this one has the highest amount of essential oils, which gives cinnamon its distinctive flavor. It has quite the kick, but will still give you that warm, cozy, holiday feeling.

Tips
We recommend using this specific cinnamon in sweet dishes like (apple) pie, granola, and oatmeal. You can also add some to your chocolate milk or cappuccino, to give it a spicy twist.

This cinnamon is made from the bark of the Cinnamomum loureiroi tree, a version of Cassia.

This cinnamon is of organic origin. To label the product as such, however, our production facility needs to be certified. Unfortunately, due to the high costs, we have not yet requested the certificate. In our production processes, we keep products of organic and regular origin strictly separated.
